Alaska McFadden is a SAG-AFTRA actor, improv comedian, writer, and filmmaker based out of Brooklyn, New York.

She has had the privilege of training with Elizabeth Kemp (The Actor's Studio/Pace University), Brooke & Mary (House Casting), Brad Calcaterra (The Studio), Doriane Elliott (Phantom Audio Studios), Paul Ruben (Tribecca Audio), Terry Schreiber Studios, and the Magnet Theater among others. Graduating with Highest Honors from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor’s degree in Writing For Publication, Performance & Media as well as Film Studies, her work has been featured in several publications, magazines and galleries in addition to having co-directed and produced two short films with Taylor McFadden.

Her most recent work includes Co-star roles on Sweetbitter (Starz), Dietland (AMC), and Gotham (FOX) , a DC Lotto Commercial,  as well as lead roles in short films Hannah’s Little Secret, Remedy, Que Sera Sera, Paying For It, Loose Ends (Best Actress Nomination at Northeast Film Festival, Rising Star Award Canada International Film Festival), and a supporting featured role in Don't Think About It which has received over a dozen awards and for which she was nominated for best supporting actress. She participated in the 2019 Women’s Weekend Film Challenge as an actor. She recently appeared in the music video Wild Ride, by Low Cut Connie, which was featured in Rolling Stone Magazine.
